A very rare chair designed by Rudolph Schindler in 1945 for the Wilshere Medical Office in Los Angeles or Dr. Basia Gingold.
Original painted plywood and vinyl. The construction of this piece is a simple set of angled planes, half circles and rectangles with a vinyl covered backrest. The simplicity of its design is a repeating theme in Schindler's architecture and furniture commissions.
